On the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, H.E. Prof. Ali Zaidan Abu Zuhri, Member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and President of the Palestinian National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, together with H.E. Dr. Jihad Ramadan, Secretary-General of the Commission, extend their highest congratulations and sincere blessings to the Palestinian people at home and in the diaspora, as well as to the Arab and Islamic nations, on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

They pray to Almighty God to return this blessed month upon our people with their aspirations for freedom and independence fulfilled, and that it may be a month of goodness, blessing, and mercy—strengthening the values of solidarity, mutual support, and steadfastness in the face of challenges, and embodying the spirit of national unity and collective action.
