The Projects Department of the Palestinian National Commission for Education, Culture and Science prioritizes projects, implements them, and distributes them to civil society organizations, in line with the objectives of the National Commission and the goals of international funding organizations and bodies (UNESCO, ISESCO, ALECSO, etc.).

The National Committee is committed to supporting development projects aimed at empowering Palestinian women, taking into account the geographical diversity of the country's governorates, and giving priority to outstanding projects in rural and remote areas affected by the Apartheid Wall. It also supports academic, cultural, educational, and scientific activities, as well as projects to preserve and develop Palestinian heritage.
